I'm in the middle of moving into a new home and haven't called support yet. It's just the fact that one way or another it just doesn't work. If it the copy of Wall-E didn't have digital copy available inside the package it wouldn't have been purchased for my kids . .the digital copy for me and the dvd for the kids. I had to log off using task manager and when I logged back on the themes service was off so everything was grey and something else wasn't running (user profile service or something). I had to reboot!
